MAGLICA STUDIO j.d.o.o., Zagreb, Vilima Korajca 14, OIB: 17567716198 (hereinafter: MAGLICA STUDIO) respects your privacy and the security of your personal data. The collection, use and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on putting out the force of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 4/5/2016) (hereinafter: General Data Protection Regulation), and the Law on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette 42 /18), or other valid regulations applicable in the Republic of Croatia, which govern the protection of personal data. The privacy of our clients is extremely important to us and we do everything to preserve the confidentiality of their data.

USER CONSENT AND WAIVER
MAGLICA STUDIO collects personal data of users that they voluntarily provide. It is considered that by accepting the Privacy Policy of MAGLICA STUDIJA, the user has given his consent and expressly expressed his will by which he expresses his consent to the processing of his personal data for the purposes of using the services offered by MAGLICA STUDIO. The user can withdraw his consent at any time by written notice. 

DATA PROCESSING MANAGER
MAGLICA STUDIO j.d.o.o. is the manager of the processing of your personal data. The privacy policy applies to all user personal data that we collect and process, directly or through our partners. Personal data is any data relating to a natural person whose identity has been determined or can be determined, directly or indirect. Data processing is any procedure performed on personal data, such as collection, storage, use, inspection and transfer of personal data. The privacy policy does not apply to anonymous data, since it is data that cannot be linked to a specific natural person.

WHAT TYPE OF DATA IS COLLECTED?
MAGLICA STUDIO collects all personal data of the user at the moment of using the service offered by our website and when the specified user communicates with us. Only those personal data that are essential to achieve the purpose for which users use the offered services are collected and their scope will not be greater than what is necessary to achieve such purpose. The above includes:
contact information that is entered via online forms or that users enter in another way while using the services of MAGLICA STUDIJA (for example, by phone or e-mail), including personal information (name, address, phone number, date of birth, etc.);

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
MAGLICA STUDIO can use user data that it collects or that is collected for it for the following purposes: obtaining services offered by MAGLICA STUDIO,preparation of various types of statistics or for other services we offer, maintenance and development of relations with clients, guarantee of security and availability of systems and data and its service providers,prevention, detection and prevention of any abuse,responding to justified official inquiries or inquiries related to proving lawsuits or other legal disputes concerning MAGLICA STUDIJA or in which MAGLICA STUDIO participates.Further purposes may arise from given circumstances or legal obligations, or may be necessary as part of the collection of relevant data.

In the context of saving or otherwise processing user data, MAGLICA STUDIO will apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized or otherwise unwarranted processing. Such measures are subject to regular control and are changed if necessary. This also applies to third parties responsible for running the system. Personal data is stored in a form that allows identification of the user and for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which the data is collected or further processed. We use various security measures, including encryption and authentication, to protect and maintain the security, integrity and availability of your data. among other things, we use the following measures: strictly limited personal access to your data according to the "necessary to know" principle and only for the purpose of which you are informed, secure transfer of collected data, permanent monitoring of access to IT systems in order to detect and prevent misuse of personal data.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We store and process personal data only as long as it is necessary for the execution of a certain legitimate purpose, unless the applicable regulations provide for a longer storage period for a specific purpose. In case of giving consent for marketing, we keep the data for as long as the consent is withdrawn. In the case of rejected offers, where consent for marketing has not been given, we keep the data related to the offer for one year, and in case you ask us to delete it, it will be deleted immediately. Personal data that is no longer needed is either irretrievably anonymized or securely destroyed.

QUESTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS, REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION, CORRECTIONS OR DELETIONS
The user has the right at any time to waive the consent given to the processing of personal data and to request the cessation of further processing of his data, unless it is a matter of data processing for statistical purposes, when the personal data no longer allow the identification of the person to whom they refer. The user also has the right to request the correction or modification of personal data that he has provided for processing. Waiver of consent or a request for correction or change of personal data must be submitted in writing via electronic mail to info@maglica.design or to the postal address: Vilima Korajca 14, 10 000 Zagreb. The user has the right to expressly object to the processing of his personal data for marketing purposes, in which case the personal data relating to him will not be processed for this purpose. Objection to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes shall be submitted by the user in writing via electronic mail to info@maglica.design, or to the postal address Vilima Korajca 14, 10000 Zagreb. Every user has the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the manager of personal data processing at any time. The controller of personal data is obliged to delete personal data without delay where at least one of the conditions is applicable, as long as the processing is not necessary: the personal data are no longer necessary in terms of the purpose for which they were collected or processed. the data subject has withdrawn consent to the processing of personal data based on Article 6, Paragraph 1 or Article 9, Paragraph 2 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, and where there is no longer a legal basis for data processing. the respondent objects to data processing according to Article 21, Paragraph 1 of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection, and there is no legal basis for data processing, or the respondent objects to data processing according to Article 21, Paragraph 2 of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection. personal data has been processed illegally, personal data must be deleted according to the legal obligation under EU Legislation or the laws of the member state whose personal data processing manager is a citizen. personal data were collected in connection with the offer of information society services according to Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data. If at least one of the above-mentioned reasons is applicable, and the respondent requests the deletion of personal data collected by the website www.maglica.design, he or she can contact the manager of personal data processing. The manager of personal data processing will ensure that the deletion of personal data is carried out immediately. Anyone who believes that a right guaranteed by this Act has been violated, can submit a request to determine the violation of the right to the Personal Data Protection Agency.
